<p>Do colleges look at every grade you earn for every class every semester or just the final grades. (Also is it the final GPA they look at?)</p>

<p>Wait...I thought semester grades WERE final grades. My transcript shows two grades for every year-long class and one for any semester class. But quarter grades and final exam grades aren't on it.</p>

<p>For most schools. Depends. It might or might not at yours.</p>
<p>My transcript displays only my final (year) grade for the course and the grade for the course's standardized test (i.e. NY Regents) if applicable.</p>
