Graduate in the summer or the fall?

Hello all,

I was looking to get some input. I can graduate early in the summer if I take 3 courses, but I will have to pay out of pocket (about $2,000). I can also just take these courses in the fall at no cost (due to financial aid) and actually receive extra money back.

I currently have an internship that I can stick with until I graduate (essentially tech support). I would be able to get more experience for my resume by staying a bit longer (I have been interning for exactly 1 year now), but I was curious if that is really worth it.

Graduating early does seem nice, but I am not sure if I want to spend $2,000 out of pocket to do so.

What do you guys think?

Thanks!

-Adam

Do you have a pending job offer (being that of a career, not McDonalds or something) for when you graduate. If so, that time should prove more useful than 2K.

Nothing yet unfortunately. I absolutely would graduate early if I had a pending job offer.

Might as well wait it out. Look for a job in the meantime.

Leaning towards the same and spending the summer looking for a full time position. Thanks Vladenschlutte for your input!
