I am doing my Masters from University of Manchester in Computer Science(world number 30 QS Ranking). My GPA equivalent is 3.7, 2 publications and GRE is 328. I am thinking to Apply Stanford,CMU,UCF, USC,UCLA. Any suggestions and what are the chances?

No one can tell you chances for PhD, especially not at any particular school. We don’t even know what area you are applying for. Much may be dependent on your match with faculty research interests. Stanford and CMU are extremely difficult to get into.

My area is Artificial Intelligence, focusing on applying Machine learning techniques in Computer Vision and Search

Ah, my daughter is at Univ of Wisconsin-Madison studying Machine Learning. That is considered a top 10 CS school, but I don’t know where it is ‘ranked’ in the subfield. Look for professors writing papers on that topic and find out where they are teaching, target those schools and you will have a more successful endeavor.
