After my first semester of senior year I have the chance to early graduate, will colleges see that I graduated early if I apply in first semester? I would be graduating and then attending community college for one semester (my school requires that I go if I early graduate, I have been taking one class there per semester since junior year). My question is how does this look to colleges? Thanks!

Be very careful, you could be considered a transfer rather than fr applicant for some schools if you have post-HS college coursework.

For instance:

[Transfer Admission | Undergraduate Admissions | The George Washington University](http://undergraduate.admissions.gwu.edu/transfer-admission)

Yeah, I am worried about that! How do I make sure that they view me as an early graduate not a transfer student?

First read what they say on their website about who they consider a fr vs. transfer applicant. Then, if it looks like they might consider you a transfer (remember they will only count post-HS graduation college classes, not those taken during HS), call them and ask. Your situation is rather unique so they might reconsider for your case; if they do, get it in writing so if there are any questions later when you submit your final college transcript, there are no problems.

Yeah it is rather confusing. I will be sure to do that, thank you so much!

Good luck! For some schools it won’t be a problem, for instance both H&Y still consider you a fr applicant if you have less than a full year of post-HS college coursework. Other schools look at the number of credits you have, so it’s highly variable between schools. But if you do your homework now, you shouldn’t have any surprises later.
