Hi! I'm paityn, I'm going to be graduating atleast a semester early, if not a year early! Is anyone else doing this? Are you going to college right away after graduating or are you waiting until the normal time you would start college? I'm planning on going straight to college but I just want opinions:)

School policy won’t let me.
I’m taking all dual enrollment classes at a university assuming I get in (a crappy one, BUT STILL) next year, so it’s sort of the same thing. Except it’s free, so I think it’s better. I’ll probably still have to go to college for four years, but at least I’ll have more credits.

If we want to here, we can graduate highschool as early as our credits are done! Most people don’t though but I really don’t like my school. Rich kid brats. Haha! Where do you plan on going? I live in Wisconsin and I plan on going south! Alabama or LSU:)

For dual enrollment I’ll probably go to Cleveland State, but I’ll still be considered a high school student.
For regular college after graduation, I’ll probably end up at Ohio State, mostly for financial reasons (I’m in-state) but also because I know I can get in and I don’t like the idea of applying to really selective places and waiting on eggshells (yeah, mixed metaphor) for the most-likely-rejection letters to come.

I’m choosing between alabama, LSU, and Ohio state! Ohio would be closest to me but I really like a more southern place:) I hate that feeling too, waiting not thinking you’ll get in. Then it’s kind of like a let down and a “now what” feeling!

I’m graduating two years early. I’ve applied to three colleges and hope to attend one next fall (I will be 16). :)

I’m not doubting this decision one bit, and I don’t think I’ll regret it or anything. That’s the primary response I’ve been getting…but we’ll see what happens and whether or not I’m accepted anywhere, which is really what this plan relies upon.

Harvard Stanford and CalTech, right?
