<p>pray for a sunny day that is not too warm and just enjoy all the wonderful emotions that graduation day brings.</p>
<p>First, prepare for rain. Umbrellas are NOT allowed. Don’t even try. They will make you take them down. </p>
<p>Last year they put up a huge jumbotron and we could see our son from midfield.</p>
<p>We avoided the restaurants for lunch. My son found a wonderful place to have a picnic. We went to Whole Foods and put together a nice buffet for the extended family. For dinner I made reservations at the Canoe Club. It was crowded and noisy. </p>
<p>If you haven’t spent a lot of time on campus, have your student take you around to their favorite places. </p>
<p>Got to some of the scheduled events like Student Day, visit with the President at the President’s house, etc.</p>
