my grandpa went to Harvard undergrad and business school and donated a lot of money, but he passed away a few years ago, will this help me at all getting in?

Harvard defines legacy as your mom or dad having attended Harvard College. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews do not count.

Gibby’s right, but there might be an exception for Kennedys. You aren’t a Kennedy, are you?

lol nah, oh well, thanks

For what it’s worth, I just asked my mom about this, and she said “if being a Kennedy gets you in, they could fill a whole undergraduate class with as many of them as probably are now.”
