<p>if anyone needs housing, i have a great spot open for a female at westminster north at a discounted price of $600/MONTH (less than half of what i paid last semester of $1248). This is a great room with better furniture and living conditions than most of the dorms, and the room comes with a microwave, minifridge, and a mirror/sink. The house itself is great for anyone who wants a social atmosphere but also a quiet study space. all the residents are cal students and the house is located right across north side of campus. there is a large kitchen (fully stocked with cookware), a big dining room/study lounge, and a living room with a piano.</p>
<p>my current roommate living there is really friendly and easy to live/get along with. the reason i'm moving is to be closer to my friends at the campus dorms. </p>
