I was invited to the Johnson Scholar competition the first weekend of March, and I am really excited because this is such a great school.; however, I have some concerns about the Greek scene. Will I have trouble getting into a fraternity if I did not play sports seriously in high school. I go to a large public school, and I just concentrated on school mostly. I am an athletic person and I do like sports and I keep in shape and play sports like golf though. All of the guys I know that join fraternities always played sports and I know that WL would probably be no fun without joining one, so I was just wondering. I am very appreciative of any responses thanks!

It’s very hard to not get a bid to any fraternity.

Everyone gets at least one bid. And no one really cares what you did in high school.

I can assure you that you will definitely receive a bid, if you are a guy. Sororities I really don’t know about, but everyone I know who wanted to join a frat (and even those like me who didn’t) got a bid.
