groton.

hey you can pm me if you need some info about groton.i have manyyy friends who attend that school and i applied this year myself.lets hope we get in=]]

maevey- agreed. i'm freaking out.

I'm applying to Groton as a boarding students for 10th grade. I love Groton and I hope I get in!!

oh that's cool! hope i'll see you there!

What grade are you applying for?

When students at Exeter talk about Groton...they call it "the school that has cubicles instead of rooms."

I think this is because the walls separating the dorm rooms aren't full walls? (Apparently they stop one quarter of the way away from the ceiling.) I dunno :P

Really? lol, is this true? lol, this is just hilarious!

Hahaha, this is funny, yeah, their own website evn says so, except they say it's good for the mind as they are seperated by a private study, lol!

I would be constantly tempted to throw things nextdoor.
pencils. paper balls, planes,
it'd be fun...
for a bit.

You have to keep in mind though you'l be throwing them at just one person......your roomate! lol

haha
They would hate me.

Groton has 3/4 walls until 4th form or 10th grade... so it's really just 8th and 9th grade...I loved it actually!!
any questions I go to Groton so PM me

jonathan- ninth grade!

alriiight so im basically obsessed with groton...i dont think its normal to be that in love with a school
this could be bad if i get rejected.....

I also know someone who goes to groton (if anybody reads my posts, yes, I actually do know all of these people who went to great schools. It surprises even me how many actually went) and as far as I know, he's enjoying his life there.
But he was a super genius, straight A's (a hard thing to maintain in our school because of the very "unique" education system), not too many extracurriculars but I'm pretty sure he did a fair amount in his previous school, and was especially loved by the teachers. as far as I know, he's enjoying life there and probably wouldn't trade it for any other school.

Groton is a wonderful school, and lots of people want to go there this year in our school, so don't worry maevey, groton is definitely a school to be in love with. I know exactly how that feels @.@

You sound like an ad! lol

hahaha an ad that makes me love groton even more.. nonetheless.

I'm good at the whole ad kind of thing :D
I grew up not knowing that my writing spoke better than my words, which isn't always a good thing =/

"nonetheless" one of the other threads talked about how someone was using nonetheless and nevertheless wrong XD that was funny
