I don’t know about the workbook, but I got the Complete SAT Guide and raised my Math score from 700 to 800 between the 1st and 2nd times I took the test. From the consolidated answers from June it looks as though I got an 800 M again.

I was also wondering, who should use this book? Is it useful for everyone.

Workbook, definitely. Although it ultimately depends on how strong you are at Maths, all in all. If you constantly get 680+, then the Workbook is what will help you get those 100 or so points.

@ shaheiruddin: I’d recommend Gruber’s to anyone who is getting decent (think 650-700) scores in Math, or perhaps even a tad higher. I mean, when I had a 700 M the first time around, it wasn’t a horrible score, but Gruber’s helped me for the last push towards that 800.

So should I buy the grubers math or the complete guide?

What if you struggle in the math section (500ish)?
Which is better?

bumppppppppppp

lol, jeez you dont have to post it like five times

@ gotmilklol: I actually don’t think there are any differences between each one. You can get the Complete Guide for just 12 bucks on Amazon. I don’t know how much the Math workbook by itself costs.

oh okay
Thank you fledgling. Now just to get the BB and I’m set this summer

what should I use if I scored 710 in my first SAT? What prep book just for Math should I buy and can anyone explain why some are better than others? I have Barron;s 2400 right now.

^Grubers Math Workbook
according to this forum

^can i get this for free from somewhere? if not where can i buy it online?

^ Go to Amazon. As I posted above, I got the Complete Guide for just 12 bucks from there.

but I just want to improve my math score with gruber’s. I have grammatix for W and just practice tests for CR. So, is the workout book better for math than the complete guide (because it is subject specific)?

^ I think the Math workbook is actually the Math portion of the Complete Guide, and if you’re solely interested in improving your Math score, you should go for the workbook.
