Grubers SAT MATH Workbook Correct?

Hey, so i got the Gruber's Complete SAT Math Workbook and was wondering if it is the right one. I hear many people vouching for it, but it seems to have very basic stuff? Lots of people claimed it helped them reach the upper echelon, but the ways and reviews see quite trivial.

Just wondering maybe i got the wrong one or something? or maybe this is just it?

Thanks

This is a very common question that never gets answered :frowning:
I own Grubers Complete SAT Guide 2010, I was told to get that one. But recently, I saw a few people vouching for the workbook so I’m not even sure if I bought the correct one lol.

Maybe someone can clarify what has worked for them…

Yep, i have the Math Workbook one. Not sure about the Complete Guide.

I, like you, spent money on the Grubers and found it pretty simple. It didn’t really teach my anything new and is very basic. I would recommend this book for people who don’t know the basics in math, but if you’re struggling on the 700 border and want an 800–Do NOT buy this book.

I disagree. I actually found the review in this book to be very helpful – and I started out with a 700 on the SAT Math section (May '09 test). I got an 800 M earlier this year, in January, and I attribute my success to Gruber’s.
