GSP Florence Freshman Year

<p>I was offered a spot in Florence my freshman year, doing GSP. I'm unsure what to do -- Florence sounds like an amazing opportunity but is it worth missing that first year college experience? Is there anyone who has done their freshman year in Florence (or know somoene who has) who could give some advice?</p>
