Guys is the a BIG problem!?

Im a freshmen and i plan on going to a good school, ike UC berkely or UCLA, and i wanted to know something. my school has only 1 honors class, and thats precalculus. im at a public school btw. this yeah i took english 1 accelerated, spanish 2, geometry, biology, health, pe, geography, and college and career prep. college and career prep, geography, health, and pe are all 1 semester classes. basically what im trying to say is that will colleges see that fact that my school has no honors classes. they have ap classes, but no honors.

next year i plan on taking 2 ap classes, bio and european history.

You’ll be fine. Just fine. Don’t freak. Be lucky you have AP classes.

Just maintain a high GPA, over 2000+ SAT to be considered for the top UC schools. Do some activities and try for leadership positions in student government, clubs, teams.

bump…

Colleges don’t generally care about freshman year.

Good schools don’t care about honors as much as AP.

don’t worry, frosh live life and have fun…
you are only 14 once!
