Does anyone know the date of when we are supposed to get our decisions?
I had to apply RD due to financial concerns but I’m so excited to all the results!!!
Could we get results today? :-?
Is it a 24hr or 48hr warning email that we get?
I think it’s the day of the decisions. Hopefully we get one by Friday morning, or possibly earlier.
Ahhh! I’m so nervous I hope we find out this Friday. I keep on refreshing my email over and over again and checking the portal.
As a current sophomore at GW who applied ED 1 and work in the admissions office, I get it. It’s stressful. All of your friends are getting into schools left and right and you have no idea when GW is going to release the decision. In previous years GW has sent out an email 24 hours before telling you the exact time and date (usually the following day) the portals will be updated. No promises for this year but in the past that has been the case. Please remember that college admission does not determine your worth as a person. It may not seem like it at the time, but you will be happy no matter where you end up, and you will go on to do great things in life! Hope this helps and raise high!!

Hey everyone, I was just looking at my CSS financial aid profile and it said that the award date for ED at GW is 12-16-2016. I don’t know if this pertains to when we will receive actual notice, but figured I would add it to the conversation.
So it’s getting released on the 16th? I’m assuming you wouldn’t get financial aid unless you’re actually accepted 
I got an email today about financial aid saying that they couldn’t process my CSS profile because I had put the social security number in wrong…?
Guys it’s next week, confirmed by their official Twitter account. Decisions should be released “before the holiday break” is as specific as they got. So it’s definitely by the 23rd or earlier!
They tweeted again saying not this week, but again confirming that we will receive notice before the holiday break.
