Gym?

Alright, heres the most important question:

How is the gym at UCSB compared to say....UCD?

the gym is brand new and from what i've heard its really nice

Are there any fees?

Are there a lot of weight training equipment?

Jeez, I hope my roomie is a lifter; gonna need a training partner.

Well, fees that are included with your cost of attending the school..i'm not sure about the equipment though.

Im not gonna cancel my membership before i get there fershure

hopefully your membership isnt with Bally's, because there isnt one in Santa Barbara

no fool. 24 hour, there takin over. and there open all the time so you can go at 3AM and have the whole gym

yup, yup. open 24 hours/7days a week. They have one in downtown, I'm transferring over there for work.

lol. now im writing more cuz it won't let me post with just "lol"

I saw briefly UCD's gym but didn't get to use any equipment -- the atmosphere seems to be cleaner there.

If you're a student, you can go in for free. Just give them your access card, otherwise you can get a plan there.
The equipment is good. We just opened up a new gym a couple of years ago also behind the old gym.

We're not the top most fit colleges in the country for nothing.

awesome. is the gym open 24/7 or if not, what are its hours of operation? thanks
