wow okay so i never thought i'd ever post on here.. but i have a question. Being a second semester senior dying waiting for college letters, i spend most of my time procrastinating on either facebook or college websites. so last night I was on CMU's (top choice) website and found this like chat with a current student thing so i was like okay i'm bored i'll sign up. I signed up and after I verified my account with my email etc i logged in and it says

"Hello. The following chat session is available to you. To join a chat that is currently in session, click the Join Chat link for that session.

Admitted Student Chat Join
Prospective Student Chat Join

sooo what do you think? oh and yeah i got the 'in' magazine as well.. but i dont really think that meant anything

My son also signed up for the chat session. He is allowed to join the Admitted Student Chat and the Prospective Student Chat.

He did not get the "in" magazine. Who knows if it means he's in. It's probably only wishful thinking.

I would really only be worried if I got a "rejected" magazine featuring local community colleges.

^that made me laugh.

But yea I get that too. I really hope that means something, but because the ID wasn't a required field, I doubt there's actually that connection between the two things.

yeah i actually dont have my id (lost the letter somewhere in my room and too lazy to look for it) so thats why i dont think theres a connection unless they did it with like email addresses? whatevaa thank god for this long weekend so i can do other things besides go crazy over this stuff
