Happy First Day of Classes, Susquehanna Students!

Today, on the first day of classes for the 2020 fall semester, we want to wish all the Susquehanna students an amazing year!

What are your expectations for this fall? Do you plan to return to campus or take online classes? How are you coping with the current situation? Let us know in the comments below!

My daughter graduated in May. I hope you all have a wonderful year. It is such a beautiful campus and area! I was supposed to visit campus three times in the spring for her jazz band concert, art show, and commencement. I am determined to make it back for a visit at some point!

D (junior) is staying home for the fall and doing online. She didn’t feel the experience was worth the room and board cost, plus they pushed out her arrival until Sept 19, so she’d only be on campus two months anyway, if they make it that long. So all classes until Sept 20 are online only for her anyway. One of her suite mates took a gap semester and last I knew the other two hadn’t decided yet whether to do online from home or head back to campus. One of her profs just notified her yesterday that he’ll be doing online only classes due to health issues. The others are hybrid. She has two labs, which should be interesting.
