Just thought I had to get something on here for Thanksgiving.
I can assure that all of us on this board are thankful for all the service members, graduates, current cadets, and families of the military. Your devotion does not go unnoticed.
Today, members of the MN ANG 148th FW are deploying to Balad, Iraq so please keep them in your prayers.

Happy Thanksgiving and Happy Holidays to all!

Another week :) Potter slept until noon yesterday. Complained they got up to early for Com's Challenge. Congradulations to CS23. We finished the Turkey and are all fighting the sleep now. I had to fight Potter for the mashed potatoes apprently Mitch's doesn't make them like Mom. Hope you all have a happy thanksgiving and appreciate the gift of each others company.

Well I know there were about five preppies that stayed and the cadets that came down to our DFAC would put the number that stayed on base at about 30-40. I am sure there are more that don't go home but those are the ones that are on base.

yep theres a bunch at the academy who stay behind. Either because they rather not spend the money to go home for 5 days, or for disciplinary reasons.

I get an extra day, went to check in today and they delayed my flight out of PIT causing me to miss my connection to COS, everything is jammed packed and cant get out til 6AM tomorrow...

I hope I dont get a special welcoming but I suppose I could sneak in... ;)

Ahhhh, daughter gets another night at home too! :) Her flight was totally cancelled and like AF16, not a single thing available until morning. We had a great day of shopping and now I can watch her sleep one more night...
