Harmful if I didn't take a lot of AP classes but passed many AP exams in junior year?

I have a lot of extracurriculars and some volunteering and I hope to get into Carnegie Mellon. Now the problem is, I'm still new to America, I've just been in US high school for a year. Last year, my school didn't let me take any of the AP Classes, but I self-studied AP Calculus BC (they put me in Algebra II), AP Chemistry (they put me in honors), and AP Physics C (I didn't take Physics class last year). I get 5s on both BC and AB parts, 800 on SAT Math II, 5 on AP Chemistry, 800 on SAT Chemistry, 4s on both AP Physics C exams, and probably 780 - 800 (just took it yesterday) on SAT Physics. Even I passed a lot of exams with not bad scores, they all aren't shown on my transcript. My trepidation is, how can the schools know that I actually did rigorous curriculum last year? Will they reject me directly if they see my transcript? This year(senior), I'm taking take Vector Calculus, Differential Equation, Linear Algebra, 3.4 quarter of General Physics, Computer Science, Engineering Fundamentals, and Electrical Circuits in colleges, while I only have 4 classes in high school. Will they feel strange if I just skipped more than 4 levels math? Will they be unhappy to see students act like this... (not participating a lot in high school)?

Taking post-AP college courses in while still in high school does show that you know the previous math. What’s wrong with that?
