Harper college vs community affairs

Are the students treated differently in regards to the school they were admitted into?

For example at Binghamton the Harper college vs the college of community affairs.

Treated differently by who, other students, professors, administration?

No nobody will treat you differently because you go to CCPA. If you decide to switch to harpur you probably won’t have too many issues. The only real difference is that you will have to take a number of your classes downtown and not on the main campus.

If you got an admit to CCPA but really wanted Harpur, take the CCPA admit and transfer after your first year. The is what my D did and it was no issue at all. All first year classes are general ed requirements so she didn’t even notice which school she was admitted to.
