Harvard 2+2/MIT Deferred Chances

Hello all,

I would like to know if any of you could give me some input on my chances for HBS 2+2 and/or MIT Sloan (deferral by request, but typically granted to college seniors with FT job offers/extenuating circumstances)

Why MBA: Transition from manufacturing to entrepreneurship in alternative energy sources for aviation/aerospace like biofuel/solar wings etc. and effect international policy change for alternative energy in the aviation industry (primarily with China).

story: openly gay student going to a highly conservative 80% straight white male school in Arizona. Made major policy change in the school to equalize LGBT rights. Lived in 5 different states, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Thanks!

Isn’t Embry-Riddle a for-profit/unaccredited/vocational school or something similar? Kind of hard to chance, but if I had to chance you I’d say your chances are around 0 with that GMAT score, possibly higher if you get above 700 but not enough to make a difference.

HBS publishes their numbers on its website: 11% admit rate, 730 GMAT score 44% female. Age is also a negative for B-school.

Odds are really, really low, but I guess you already knew that…
