Waitlisted, I expected a rejection. I got rejected at Cornell, but admitted at UC Berkeley, UCLA, and USC, as well as several lower UCs.
D was waitlisted. Still incredibly honored to be waitlisted because that means that they wanted her, just not as much as those that were accepted. Stats: 2220 single sitting, 3.97 uw, 4.80w and tons of EC’s volunteer work. a few hooks and excellent letters of recommendation.
She is going to YALE however because that was her first choice in the end and she was accepted there. She was also accepted at Georgetown,Boston College (honors), Tufts, Fordham, Hofstra and waitlisted at Brown. Such an insane process and so much stress. As if HS isn’t stressful enough already! I wish you all the best.
D got her first rejection from H - she got in to Stanford, Yale, Brown, Cornell, Amherst, Williams, Smith, waitlisted from Swarthmore, and her safeties. She will be very happy at Stanford.

Denied! But the ivies are always such a stretch so I’m not even tripping
I got in, and am truly shocked and honored. I keep checking the website to make sure that it wasn’t a fluke, haha. It seems they just keep getting more and more applications every year!

Has anyone on here received an email about Harvard funding your ticket to Visitas? No one’s posted about it in the FB group yet, and the woman in the financial aid office I talked to on Monday said that they’d be sending out emails to those who qualified for travel aid today!
