It says “Early Action admissions decisions will be posted to the applicant status portal today, no sooner than 5:00PM EST,” so I guess they are not yet promising 5pm for sure.
I think they mean like a few minutes after 5. Probably within the hour.

That’s lawyerly statement so that no one sue them for not release at 5 PM sharp 
My motto for today has been: “I am more than an acceptance letter. I am more than a GPA. I am more than letters of recommendation. I am more than an ACT score.” Literally been saying this since I woke up at 6:30 EST so it’s been about 7 hours now :-bd

It says that same thing for me and when I clicked the link to “reply to my offer" it just took me to my portal
