<p>not bad. as good a chance as any, though competition is extremely tough for international asians. essays would probably have the greatest impact at this point, since your stats are great and your ECs are solid, awesome even.</p>

<p>thanks for the help guys! really appreciate it- no one in my family has been to the US for colleges so thanks a LOT</p>

<p>My school allows me to apply to 8 schools, and if I have two of those schools with an acceptance rate over 50%, I get two more. </p>

<p>My question is - what good schools are there in the US with an acceptance over 50%? I think that U michigan is one- could that be a safety? and I would love to go there because I have a few friends and they say it’s a good college. </p>

<p>Also, is U Chicago considered a match, or a reach? I was targeting to have 3 reaches, 2 safeties and the rest as matches- is that good sense?</p>

<p>Re-Aston Martin- my school sends a lot of kids to U Penn- we had one this year, two last year, 2 the year before and 5 the year before that- will this help me?</p>

<p>And if I were to have Penn- which college do you think I should not apply to, keeping in mind the list I’m keeping.</p>

<p>As for matches/safeties I was looking at these schools-</p>

Tufts
Georgetown
University of Michigan</p>

<p>what do you guys think of my chances at these colleges? Am I overestimating myself here- I do know that Georgetown is VERY good, but one of my friends got in and her SAT I score was lower and she was doing A Levels and didn’t have the same level of ECs.</p>

<p>You should put in some less notable schools just in case, you never know with college admissions, and you are applying to schools that most people (And everyone on CC) knows about.</p>
