To clarify, is this a call between you and the staff as an interview, or between your college counselor and the AO?
If the former, it would (historically) have been a very good sign.
If the latter, then it might be a relationship where the AO is willing to have a chat and give some guidance to the counselor for what various decisions “meant” for those who are deferred or rejected. Just a guess
Has there been any word of when Harvard REA results will come out? I see a lot of other Ivies posting their results, but have heard no word from Harvard.

On november 15th I submitted an update for being named a semifinalist in a pretty big scholarship. Would they have A) reviewed that and taken it into consideration as it was updated after my alumni interview and B) would that have any impact on my admissions decision at all?
