I am going to visit in the New England area in the fall, but I only have enough time to visit one and I cannot decide which one.

I want to major in neuroscience [undergrad] and minor or double major in spanish.

Any advice?

Any advice?

lol your chances of getting into either are probably so low you might as well flip a coin for this

^haha depressing but true.

I vote Harvard.

Well, since Harvard is Harvard and it's the most popular university among top students (going by yield), you may want to give Yale a chance and go visit it. Both are undoubtedly excellent, although I don't know about Harvard's neuroscience program, or if they even have one.

At Yale, you can't major in neuroscience, but you can concentrate it. In the molecular, cellular, and developmental biology major, there is a neurobiology concentration. In the psychology major, there is a behavioral neuroscience concentration. Concentrations appear on your degree.

You can only double major at Yale, as there are no minors (although there are concentrations within majors, which are similar to minors).

^ I'd go by what rd31 said. You need to figure out what characteristics of a college are the most important to you, then pick between Yale and Harvard. Go visit that school, because even if it "sounds" right for you, when you visit, you might hate it.

Harvard, and then also visit MIT. Same town.

A lot of people say that New Haven is fugly.
You don't want to visit it and suddenly decide: "URGH, does the entire Ivy League look like this?" (probably).

Go for Harvard.

Harvard's campus wasn't too impressive...which could be attributed to the sporadic torrential downpours when I visited. But definitely visit MIT.
Also, I've always heard that Yale has an extremely beautiful campus, despite New Haven.

Harvard's Campus is more of an uncampus. It feels urban, but all buildings around are Harvards.

Iti is definitely one of a kind.

MIT doesn't have a campus either, they have a long long long long hallway and a square with grass and the great dome.

New Haven is not great, but Yale is beautiful.

Although I voted Harvard earlier I will admit my experience with the students at Yale, the tours, the overall feel was much better than when I visited Harvard. However, as noted, New Haven leaves much to be desired.

I absolutely loved the Harvard campus, but their tours are horrible. You don't go inside any academic building or dorm, and they don't really explain about any programs.

If you visit Harvard, definitely look of "The Unofficial Tour" and go on that, I heard its much better.

The MIT tour was amazing, so I would definitely visit Harvard/MIT over Yale but only because you can visit two college in one day

Neither. Visit your safety schools to make sure you are comfortable, and will likely be pleasantly surprised. Given the odds, there are absolutely no reasons to visit either Harvard or Yale until you are admitted. More than likely, you'd be throwing money down the sink, and for no great purpose.
