Is the acceptance rate for Harvard SEAS Undergrad different? Are there any specific requirements?

You don’t apply to SEAS separately than to Harvard College- there is no separate application, and you are not bound to study engineering.

The difference between SEAS undergrad and Harvard College starts only your sophomore year, when you declare a concentration. Concentrations in engineering and applied sciences have a separate dean and separate administrative offices, and grant an SB (Bachelor of Science) degree instead of an AB (Bachelor of Arts) degree.

However, even after one declares one’s concentration, almost everything remains the same. Students in engineering degrees live in the exact same dorms, take the same core courses, and are subject to the same general academic requirements as students receiving Bachelor of Arts degrees.

So don’t think too much about the SEAS division when you’re applying to college! Saying you are interested in engineering won’t make your application considered by a separate committee, with either higher or lower standards. Furthermore, note that any concentration or interest you put down on your application is NOT binding, which is one of the great advantages of having a single undergraduate college.

Thanks. Also Harvard does accept score choice right?

Yes, it does.
