someone asked about intro to philosophy. im taking it and ive heard mixed reviews. apparently people get frustrated since the class doesn't take a stand, instead it teaches(duh) and gives you an overview and people get angry and disagree with each other but everyone comesout well educated. meh, sounds good to me.

yeah i heard that about the class..bu thats why i like it and why im taking it..i thin the class will help people in developing their opinions about things and being better educated..and becoming a better arguer or debater is good to lol :)

Hey, I'm Dimpy (yeah, it's my real name). I'm pretty excited about the SSP thing this summer... I'm taking psychological trauma. It's semi-medical, so my parents are happy. Plus, I always wanted to try out psychology. It sounds interesting.

I'm not into soccer... more of a tennis person. I'd love to play with anyone who enjoys it. And volleyball is fun.

You can watch both. Personally, I think I want to watch Legally Blonde. It is obviously chock full of important information relating to today'sworld.

Well, I'm Jesse and I live in Dallas. As of now, I'm taking Comp Lit and Intro to International Relations, but that could all change. I'm in Winthrop.

Who is going to go check out which schools. I think I will take the trip to Yale and Brown, but I don't particularly care about Amherst and Dartmouth.

Oh, and I failed the quiz the first time. I feel very stupid.

Hey Im confused about the book situation.... Do we have to buy the listed required books PRIOR to arriving at Harvard? OORRR do we just buy them there???? HELPPP PLEASE

The explanation of rules was on a link I totally did not notice. As for books, certain classes, mine included, have no book lists available on the website, that leads me to believe that you may buy books there. Obviously it would be cheaper to buy books online prior to getting there, but that isn't always an option.

Re:textbooks, it's much cheaper to buy them online if you have a list. I bought my books from Barnes & Noble and as a member I saved somewhere around $35 (plus free shipping!). And I'm guessing the non-member price is still lower than the Harvard bookstore or the Coop.
