Does Harvard SSP help you when you're applying to college? Whats better in terms of money and academics, harvard or stanford summer school?

If you’re going to do one, it should be whichever you want to. Doing something just to get into a top college is the kind of mindset that will not get you into a top college. Plus, it’s not like a summer program will make or break you… it’s just not that important. That said, if money is the issue, you can look up the costs and possible financial aid of both programs.

I just want to do whats best for me and my future. so you think it isnt worth the 10k?

From what I’ve heard, these summer institutes do nothing for resumes. In all actuality, I’ve heard that paying high prices for summer programs is frowned upon.

It is a good idea if you are seriously considering Harvard and want a taste of what it’s like to attend there. Other than that, don’t do it for resume boosting.
