Harvard Supplement

Hi, is it necessary to write down all the AP grades we received if we took the class (for the Harvard Supplement)? Thanks for reading.

I don't think it is, but on our transcripts they include ALL test results.

I would include it; they'll find out sooner or later.

it is not required - it's self reported. transcripts depend on the school - mine doesnt list all my scores (although i wish they would). harvard would only find out if you get accepted and choose to matriculate.

It looks fishy if you don't report them though.

yeah you might as well report them, or else they'll be like AP class, no AP grade

i looked at the harvard supplement, and you dont have to write another essay, and if you do, it's only 2 essays you write for hte school. it seems like very little for the country's top university.

Yeah, the essay is optional on the supplement [at least last year], but I think the issue is application volume.

Yeah, they also have your two teacher recs and counselor rec to look at. Plus, I think two open-topic essay questions reveal a lot more than several petty questions like "why do you want to go to Harvard."
