@LondonVall damn its a small world. Im tosan idk if you remember me though lol we had a single interaction at lunch one day at the berg
Wait how many of you guys do I know??
@LondonVall hopefully all of us if we get all get accepted.
has anyone gotten the “HUID blocked”? mine says “your HUID” but i’m trying not to get my hopes up (as much as i want to)
@LondonVall That’s crazy though lmao what dorm were u in. I was in Wigglesworth E
Mine says “Your HUID” as well. Not putting any stock into it.
@nigerianfencer I was in HOLWORTHY, baby! Best dorm around!
what time does it come out at
Lol I seriously doubt Harvard would be capable of such an oversight
@ironfacemask @nicolasdeadman @Holistic2 please look at my comment above…
Yeah, I have that too. I doubt it means anything.
Deferred EA applicant here. About a week before the early notification dates, us EA applicants were also looking at source code shenanigans - trust me, none of that means anything. All of that is there so that the website can update properly today. You’ll notice things like “wl-response” there, that’s for the waitlist. Same with the “admitted-students-website”, the website will be linked to your portal should you get in. As for all the talk about “HUID”, everyone has that in their portal and it has absolutely nothing to do with your applications.
It’s only about 6 and a half hours anyways until you’ll know for sure you admissions result. Spend your next hours doing something you love (I suggest playing music or drawing, if you don’t have school) and stop worrying about stupid things like the portal source code. All decisions have already been made by . now and there’s nothing you can change at this point. Be proud of the work you’ve done - applying to Harvard is a privilege, and no matter the result, all of you are bound to end up at a great place next year.
Best of luck to everyone. Hope to see all you RD applicants at Visitas!
so quite b4 storm, no messages for 90 minutes on Ivy day !!!
If I speed I will make it to the admissions office before decisions are released and can beg for mercy or go on strike. Anyone wanna come?
@PPofEngrDr I know, right, it’s so quiet! I’ve been looking at these threads for months and the USC and Northwestern threads went CRAZY starting days before the release. cant believe that ppl are so chill about Harvard this year, guess it’s probably healthier for all of us
@anathecomma yeah the more comments and time I spend on these threads the more stressed I get lol
I think it’s because everyone’s chances of getting in are so incredibly low that there’s no point in stressing
