This is the best post I have seen so far :))
@anathecomma few days back someone ignited Yale-Harvard rivalry on Yale thread with all HUID research whitepapers.
Harvard freshman here. Best of luck to everyone for decisions tonight!! From my experience, Harvard is a wonderful place but so are many other schools. College is truly what you make out of it so don’t fret. Take a moment to pat yourselves on the backs and be proud of applying in the first place! This has been a long journey, but I guarantee you can shine and achieve your full potential regardless of the words you’ll read tonight.
That said, we’re SO excited to welcome those of you who’ll join us in the fall!!!
This thread is surprisingly dead considering decisions drop in less than 3 hours
@reppinthe803 its better than everyone freaking out over every little detail on all the other threads :)) so it is true that Harvard students are the most mature lol
I guess it’s a moment of silence for all our international brothers and sisters that applied but got no interview hehe
same
@Tomas1355 Ya thx
@Tomas1355 I’m an international student but I studied all 4 years of high school in the US. I applied and got no interview even though I know that we have harvard alumni in my area lol
@intlstudent2022 We also have hahvahd alumni here, but no interview either lol. rip.
Easy for you to say if you have already been accepted.
Sparkles 124: That message was for you. Since you have been accepted you can tell us all how it’s no big deal if we are not.
Easy for you to say if you have already been accepted.
Good luck to everyone, as a wise father once said,
“Never tell me the odds!”
Probabilities are the Higgs Boson of math: nothing within them is a forgone conclusion.
What time does it come out?
7 EST
Good luck to everyone! A friend of mine reminded me of this Crimson article earlier today http://www.thecrimson.com/column/right-of-center/article/2010/4/1/now-harvard-time-down/ and it made me reminisce about the build up back when I found out I got in a few years ago - the anxiety and nervousness and everything. For those of you who get that acceptance you’ll never forget the next few hours. Good luck and my thoughts go out to everyone here!
I would hate to live on the East Coast during this time because I don’t think I could wait until 7 at night. Thank God I hear at 4.
I live in socal but i’m currently in dc so i’m dying !!!
To all Parents, Time for HAPPY ivy HOUR !!! knowing that I won’t have this hour again until my grand kids apply.
