I would visit all, but strongly suggest Yale. While all of the schools will probably take you anywhere, Yale (and probably Columbia) have produced many more influential actors, filmmakers, etc. While Yale leads in most fields, it just so happens to be the world’s preeminent university in the arts.
A bit late but…Harvard’s reputation for not focusing on undergrads is a little dated: at least efforts have been made in recent years. And Drew Faust enhanced the applied arts (course, credit, funding) at Harvard, trying to more draw composers, instrumentalists, students in film and photography, writers, actors, and students in the visual arts. As I remember this was partially a response to the preponderance of grads going into finance and consulting, and part of an effort to have a more interesting mix of students with diverse goals.
