Hi, I'm a sophmore from a public school.
I usually get all A's but I slacked off freshman year and got

a 3.4. I got 2120 on SAT and my ec so far include eagle scout, jv in tennis, and active member in key club (hoping to run for prez). I would appreciate it if someone told me if it is possible for me to make it to harvard if i worked really hard for the next 3 years or if I should look for a diff university.

If you have a hook, definitely. If you don’t, well, you could still aim and hope you get in. You never know; the admissions process at top schools is random. >.>

Your eagle scout title is a good one, colleges admire that. However, with a slacking in freshman year with a 3.4 GPA? I’m kind of confused you’re even thinking about a school like Harvard. Harvard isn’t some state university with acceptances at low stats. You’re pretty much doomed at this point, to be honest. You can work your absolute butt off till the end of high school, but you can never undo your freshman year. Schools like Harvard have even rejected people with Straight A+s their entire high school career with 2400 on SATs and 36 on ACTs. Before you get your hopes up, look at other schools. I’m sure there are other great schools out there besides Harvard, and to be blunt, you have no chance at this point. Sorry.

Sad to hear it, but thanks for the feedback.
