...anybody heard of these guys??? i cant find any relevant info on the net, not even their website. word on the street is that these guys are a boutique M&A house, but theres not much M&A biz in orange county.

my sister and cousin both had interned at this firm. its HQ'ed up in newport beach. they called me 3 times since i told my sister to tell her friend who has a another friend working wit the firm to get me a job through her contacts. they said i applied, i dont think i ever did though. the fisrt fool who called me couldnt pronounce my name right: 'is it shaaaan or shannon?' what the blood? he was all 'i think you spelled your name wrong'.....dipstick

i got an intenship this summer with morgan stanley this summer and ill be doing a little real estate on the side, so i have full plate. i want to know if these guys are worth my expensive, thus very important, time.

most people end up at boutiques as analysts if they cant get into the bulge brackets, they generally take 2nd tier and 3rd tier recruits. If youre working at MS theres no reason to spend time with them, go to a boutique after doing a structured analyst program and join as an associate. From my experience recruiting, firms without websites are run by idiots and not ex-wall streeters but wall street rejects. Of course, some hedge fund defy that logic, especially some smaller quant funds. And in general, advisory is such a commoditized business, i turned down HLHZ advisory for that reason, bonuses arent so grand down the line.
