When does ED2 come out?
The website says Feb. 15.
Last year it came out early — on Feb 6th (and they announced it on their Admissions FB page earlier that day)

-Founding member of a CanSat team at my school
-No registered volunteer hours, but have volunteered at many robotics and engineering related events.
Essays: Great, or at least I think so. Had them reviewed several times by my 10th grade English teacher.
Rec. Letters: From what they said they were fantastic, the best they’d both written in a while (1 from 10th grade AP US History teacher, 1 from 11th grade Honors Chemistry teacher)
Awards: Several school based awards (teachers give out a few each year, I’ve gotten 5 total).

MayiqueCynthia, Mudd is SO small… deferred students in particular risk that admissions will come and see your post – and see what other schools are on the table and status of them, and also any frank comments made about strengths and weaknesses. I am not saying they would do that, but the opportunity certainly exists. And it makes accepted students pretty easily identifiable to others once they get to Mudd – so posting for accepted students means everybody knows all your info when you get there if they choose to look into it. So people can post at their own risk… but it is not like a large school like Berkeley. In the past, there are has been very little posting like this on the Mudd forums, and I think that is the probable reason.
