Notified today by a phone call as a semi-finalist
Congrats! I guess that means the rest of us are out of luck though. Oh well, it was fun hoping.
I’ll be pretty upset if they don’t provide some sort of rejection notification today. You can’t just ask people to spend hours applying for a scholarship then never even send them back a word in response.

Definitely agree on the frustrating lack of response even if it is not making it through to the semi finals
Ha ! They wrote to my daughter and gently let her down about not making the Harvey Scholars finalist. She did not even apply! They invited her twice and she felt it wasn’t right for her. Too funny!
I was also chosen as a semifinalist and I was notified by phone call on Monday.
Does anyone know if any students gets accepted at more than one of the 5C’s or do the schools coordinate results and only one of the 5C’s accept a student and not any other school, if at all???
I was invited to apply for the Harvey Scholars program for 2021. My question is this: if I were to make it to the semi-finalists round, I would need to interview via Skype. I live out of state and don’t have the resources available to travel (plus lodging, car rental, food, etc.) for the interview. Would that put me at a disadvantage? Since you have all already been through the process, I thought I would reach out to you. Does anyone know if applicants using Skype were considered equally?
