Can anyone confirm that Honors College invites have all gone out? My son was admitted to the School of Engineering
but has not received an email about the Honors College as of today. When is the date he is safe to assume he will not hear? Does anyone know when Merit Scholarships will go out?

Most people got their invites last Wednesday . I don’t know if more will go out. And merit scholarships didn’t come out yet.
When my kid applied to Rutgers years ago, I was surprised she was not admitted to honors or received any scholarships because she was a top student at her school. When I called the school, they told me because her school didn’t rank, the computer just automatically disqualified her. Her GC had to call the admission to let them know my daughter’s approximate ranking and then she was admitted to honors.
My son got his invite yesterday.
Oh my. I am so glad you posted this! I will send an email to the SoE tomorrow, and if they tell me anything about a lack of class rank, I’ll immediately talk to my guidance counselor.
As a student who’s in, what is arguably, the world’s most rigorous curriculum, and has a SAT score in the 99.998th percentile, my parents and I were dumbfounded to see a lack of an invitation for honors.

@ByteZz DD’s school does not rank and she got invited to Honors College (SOE). Honors College invitees are usually awarded merit scholarship. DD got presidential scholarship. Did you find about your NJ residency status ?
I received an honors college invitation for SAS about a week ago and just received an invite for SoE today.

Does anyone know, if honors college notifications sent in one shot or in batches(e.g. rolling)? Also, all colleges (SAS/Engg)/…) send the notifications same time or different? Thanks
