Yes, I called today too after seeing so many people notified (transfers) today.
I called enrollment services and they said still no decision has been made (im a transfer but a transfer going in with 47 units possible since I chose engineering).
I don’t know if it’s taking so long simply because of the category I’m under ooor what.

But charger1
I suggest you calling enrollment services besides the automated voice system because they will give you either a yes, no, or still deciding. And not the usual “you’re app has been received”.

CSULB’s spring break is next week too, so I know no decisions will be made then sigh.

hello everyone! I just joined cc. I hope everyone the best for Csulb while decisions are being made…
here is some information that may be interesting for some of you. follow this link:

This page will show average gpa’s of admitted students to impacted and non-impacted majors. This is something to reference to, if you are wondering if you have a chance of getting into your major.

is anyone here a transfer student applying to the art major? what are your stats? etc.

I am sorry Seamore D=. It seems the CUSs are being rather selective this year >.>

I am a little peeved it is taking so long. I mean seriously, I have already received admissions decisions from most of the other schools I applied to.

if you haven’t received any news by now you prob didnt get in
i just heard yesterday and didn’t get in
ppl have been notified awhile ago to send transcripts or they made it to the final round

u sure? csulb usually lets freshmen know by april, then the transfers later, which is probably why there are still some students waiting. also this probably depends on if u have an impacted major. plus, they are behind on their decisions, so if u dont find out til april, don’t worry… take into account that they will probably not do decisions for their spring break. here is their schedule:

I’m still waiting for csulb, and I am a transfer student. I wish they wouldn’t take so long. At least most of the UC decisions have come out by now.

csulb is taking way to long to tell us about the decision, and it can affect our other colleges and housing as well.

i was accepted to sfsu, and i must tell them my intent to enroll by may 1st…which is the date that csulb will finally maybe tell us if we’re accepted. hopefully csulb will tell us by then. i really want to get in, but with the budget, i know theres a big possibilty i wont :(

I have to find a new job, and a new place to live. If they don’t tell me if I got in before I get my decision from UC Davis, I going to be forced to send my SIR to UCSB (or UCD if I get in). I would like to get in because the money is a huge factor, but I need to get my life together, and they are just taking too long.

did anyone else call this week? The enrollment services office is not closed for spring break… I checked their employee calendar and it doesn’t show holiday for the whole week. Mine still says “your application has been received…”
