I’m the only person doing this event (KT pathophysiology) in my school, and the HOSA website doesn’t go into much detail about the event, or the type of questions posed in the event, simply stating the body systems.
If anyone did this event before and has advice on what specifically to study (ex: Do I need to know ALL diseases in Essentials of Human Diseases?) or any general study tips, that would be great! I have both of the recommended HOSA books. Thank you so much!
What’s HOSA? People have really got to stop putting obscure abbreviations in thread titles!!

At my school, it’s one of the 3 “standard” ECs along with Forensics and MUN. It’s really not obscure.
I’d never heard of it either. Checked out their NYS site and wow they look like a cult! http://www.newyorkhosa.org/2015-2016-nys-state-officers.html Are those outfits required?
Never heard of it either, and yeah, the website is creepy.
Well, it seems to be obscure enough that no one is commenting on it!
