I'm not sure if I did so good on the AP Lang. >_>

I was literally ready for it.... AFTER the exam than BEFORE, meaning I get it more. I feel like i would do way better the second time.

But... it's another 87 bucks paid, plus i'd imagine my AP lang teacher being like, *** why is she here again, and the room filled with a underclassmen. Awkward. sigh o_0

Anyone considering this as well?

I worked my ass of on this. Literally. I want a 5 D;

You can retake it (if you’re not a Senior); I haven’t done it, but I know you can, and I guess it might make sense in something like AP Lang, where there isn’t much studying involved, and you could easily do better on different sittings.

As far as College Board is concerned, it doesn’t matter to them if you retake a test. I had a friend who was unhappy with his CalcBC score so he took the course again in senior year.

But since you want to retake an English exam, that may be trickier. You’d be rereading assignments and rewriting essays you’ve already written. I’d think the teacher would be quite uncomfortable with that. Ultimately, talk to your guidance counselor. The easiest thing for you to do is take the test only and not the class. I had another friend who self-studied for several AP tests that weren’t offered at our school. She was allowed to study at home and payed for the tests herself (our school pays for our AP tests). But unless you have a score under 3 and illustrate to your counselor a real need to retake the test (i.e., tuition costs), you may not be able to do it.

Haha of course i’m not retaking the class. xD. I wouldn’t want to be in a class filled with underclassmen, where i’m the oldest LOL.

I don’t need the class, I can self-study. I know what to do more than I did last time. I figured out the strategies kinda, except I figured it out too late. And oh, I asked my AP teacher today she said it’s perfectly fine :)…Apparantly I think i’m the only person in that school to ever retake an AP test.

Ugh I don’t like my counselor, xD. Dangit, I still have to ask her though o_0.
