<p>AHHH i still haven't received my letter yet and i am starting to lose hope! I have not heard of anyone from Oregon who has been accepted yet! Hopefully my letter comes in the mail tomorrow, or i am going to be devastated!!! =(..... And do they look at/mail out applications based on when you sent them in?</p>
