Has anyone got into a ba/md program with a gpa under 4.0 weighted?

I had a 3.96 Unweighted and got into Boston University's Accelerated Program.

could you post your stats for getting in to BU BA/MD?

I had like a 3.8 unweighted and got into a bunch of BA/MD programs including Miami, Case, and an interview for Rice/Baylor.

well, i got one B thruout high school
it should come out as 3.96 or something like that
i got into BU's program, and an in state program

3.8, got into RPI and Sophie Davis

peachykeen27,
Can I apply more than one undergraduate (Siena, Union, and RPI) for the AMC program? Or, do I only allow to select one from RPI, Siena, or Union to apply?

yeah, but since the admissions committee at AMC makes the final decisions for these programs, they'll ask during interviews why you're applying to programs with such different focuses. i applied to both rpi and union and was caught off guard in my interviews with their questions but fudged my way through.

peachykeen27,
I knew RPI/AMC is ok for non-NY resident to apply. How about the Sophie Davis?

only NY residents.

3.95 weighted into Drexel/Drexel
I suppose you have a shot if SAT's compensate (2250+)

peachykeen27,
AMC is really dedicated to ethics. In your interview, Did you get questions such as, health care, abortion, stem cell research, dignity act of Oregon?

Would a 3.3+ uw stand a chance at these schools?

yes i did get questions related to the above. nothing on the dignity act of Oregon, never heard of it. the guy asked me a question about a recent development, something that happened two weeks prior to my interview, in stem cell research. he justified asking me the question by saying that the research i had done was related when it totally wasnt even close. i had absolutely no idea what obscure headline he was referring to and i told him that...apparently it wasnt a huge deal because i got into RPI's program.

i got an ethical scenario in my interview. my interviewer gave me a situation she recently had to deal with regarding a patient refusing treatment... it was lucky that i had read about it... i got into both rpi/amc and union/amc
