<p>I got a 26 on the ACT, which would translate to 1800-1850 on the SAT, I applied on September 19th, but my counselor never sent in the transcript like I asked him to, so I had to do it myself express mail on October 30th, I just found out on the Application status website. Also I am from Illinois and had a very tough course load if that helps.</p>

<p>sounds familiar, he applied late Sept but his hs papers/recs did not get there until late Oct/early Nov!! So this held things up and he missed the priority deadline which was a bummer. I hope he will find out anyday now, it would be so nice for him to have his first college acceptance! Congrats to you.</p>
