i really want to make an app but I have zero experience
So if you made one, how did you get started and what do you have to do to create one?

@Gatortristan They don’t really cost that much, I have no idea where that’s coming from. It sounds like that would be to pay people to make the app for you (i.e., paying them to code it for you), but if you’re coding it yourself, it just takes time, plus the $99 a year developer license (only at the stage where you want to upload it to a device and the app store) for iPhones.
It depends on what your doing. I was working on an iPhone app my senior year. It was not fun, since I had no experience with Objective-C (only java, basic, and apparently a little C++). I would recommend if you only have experience with java to start with an android app.
@guineagirl96 OHHHH I completely forgot about the part where you pay so much for labor haha. Seems pretty ridiculous even with someone else coding it for you. I might even look into making my own if it’s that cheap!

You should learn java first, then. A mobile app should not be the first thing you code.
I agree, don’t go designing your own apps without any programming experience.
