Has Anyone on the West Coast Heard??

I'm really confused about what's going on--has Oberlin released decisions? Are people receiving them via email or by snail mail? I live in Washington State--when will I hear?

Yes, birdhouse from post #158 on the RD Decisions thread said that she (he?) heard.

DS just heard yesterday – and got accepted! We live in San Diego, so maybe you’ll get your letter (a big white envelope is good news) today? You can see a video of the decision letters being mailed here:

[Oberlin Blogs | Blog Entry: “The letters are in the mail!”](http://blogs.oberlin.edu/applying/applying/the_letters_are.shtml)

Hope you hear good news soon!

As for further north, I have two friends in Seattle who have received their acceptances, one including an acceptance to the conservatory.

Yep, I got mine Friday and I’m in Northern California. :)

Thought it would take longer, but yay.

I’m a female, BTW.

i havent gotten anything yet, and i live in RI: much closer than the west coast. i’m starting to get nervous, as i expected the letter yesterday since they mailed out on wednesday. have many people still not heard, or does it seem like just the occasional person?

also: to those of you that have received your decision, how were they mailed? USPS Priority?

My packet was sent first-class, I think. Not priority. Surprisingly fast service for me.

whoooo i just got my acceptance letter!!! i live in a suburb of Seattle. :D
