I am entering 10th grade and am taking an accelerated math class called math 3/ Honors precalculus . I qualify because i took math 2 in ninth grade and passed with an A .Does anyone has tips and how hard do you think this class will be?
@renz I took pre-calculus awhile ago, and have tutored the subject.
Pre-calculus isn’t really that bad if you have a good understanding of algebra I/II. If you plan on taking calculus, make sure you’re solid with trig.
My older D had accelerated precalculus (honors) in 10th grade. You really have to be conscientious about doing the work and understanding the material, even if you’re naturally good at math. It was the class that taught her that she actually needs to study and do her homework if she wanted to get a good grade.
