Has anyone tried emailing Chicago lately?

<p>I'm a transfer applicant. I sent my early alternative app in late February, but my check still hasn't been cashed! I emailed Chicago 2 Fridays ago, and then again last Thursday--still no responses.</p>

<p>Has anyone else here sent in a paper transfer app for the early alternative? Did they cash your check? Have they answered your emails?</p>

<p>I wonder if I should worry....</p>

<p>Yes..there was an error on my midyear report, and I sent e-mail about three weeks ago</p>

<p>That's pretty weird. I get responses from my adcom within a few hours of the next business day whenever I email her.</p>

<p>Try calling the office, or your counselor- generally an effective strat.</p>

<p>I emailed my counselor 2 fridays ago, then just emailed Chicago in general (question form) last thursday. Maybe I'll email my counselor again. Or just call, like thatindiandude suggested.</p>

<p>They are really busy right now though, so that probably has a lot to do with it.</p>

<p>i emailed them once in early april about sending a video (andre phillips is my counselor). he got back promptly and gave me substantial time to send it in. might just be your regional director</p>

<p>I revieceved a response to my e-mail within hours. Howver, it read like the adcom has simply copied a few paragraphs from a form letter to answer my questions.</p>
