Havard Summer School Grades

I am attending the Harvard Summer School Program. I heard from one of the proctors here that the only way Harvard admissions will see grades from the summer program is if the student sends his/her grades in. Two questions:

If I end up getting a B in one of my classes should I send my grades in?

If I do not send my grades in, but I include the fact that I attended the program on my transcript will that automatically tell admissions that I did badly at Harvard?

Most schools require you on the application to send in ALL transcripts from all colleges and high schools. If you don't, they may even rescind your acceptance if they're that strict.

I think I mentioned a college math class that I took and the grade I received on my commonapp, but I don't remember sending in that transcript. I think I basically though, "Well, if they need it, they'll ask for it." None of my schools did.

Yes. It's not a bad grade, considering it's Harvard. I got a B+ in a summer course, sent the transcript in, and still got accepted.

Probably. It just looks better to send it in, as proof that you really did attend or else they might as well disregard it.
